About HandSee: HandSee is a mobile application that lets one person guide another during a live video session, with a hand overlay shown on the video. HandSee does not require you to create an account.
1. Information We Collect

a) Personal Information (Website):
- Contact Information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number.
- Billing Information such as credit card number, and billing address.
b) Camera and Microphone (HandSee App):
- HandSee uses your device’s camera and microphone to provide live video and audio sessions and hand-guidance overlays. This audio and video is streamed directly between the participants in a session (peer-to-peer) for the duration of that session. We do not record, store, or retain your camera or microphone content on our servers.
c) Session Connection Data (HandSee App):
- To connect two participants, our relay server temporarily processes technical signaling data (such as connection details and hand-overlay position data) needed to establish and run a session. This data is used only to route the live session and is not used to identify you.
d) Non-Personal Information (Website):
- Information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views, and website navigation paths).
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
On our Website, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our website and store certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data that may include an anonymous unique identifier. The HandSee App does not use cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
